I&C Contracting-DZ Atlantic, J. Givoo, Jisk, and RCM

· Participate as a member of the Fix It Now (FIN) team, performing emergency repairs on equipment, verifying equipment, testing practices and protocol, and performing and examining installations.
· Test and install turbine generator controls, vibration and temperature sensors, indicating devises, and fiber optics, and apply process controls using transmitters, transducers, and thermocouples.
· Assist in such modification projects as procedures verification, piping and instrumentation drawings, electrical ladder logic drawings, and electrical schematics, and engineer safety features.
· Utilize distributed control systems, resistance temperature detectors, display port and level switches, fisher level controllers, bailey instruments, radiation monitoring, and reactor protection systems.

Electrical Instrumentation -The City of Frederick, Maryland

· Trained operators on new operations and equipment, coordinated equipment installations, purchases, maintenance, and repair with other departments and vendors, and conducted field service and support.
· Conducted installation/calibration of pressure transmitters, transducers, flow meters, ultrasonic sensors, proportional–integral–derivative (PID) controllers, and recording instruments.
· Performed diagnostics on Modicon programmable logic controllers (PLC), variable frequency drives (VFD), hydraulic pumping, generators, Ethernet systems, various pumps, and AC and DC motors.
· Gave professional recommendations to resolve continuous equipment faults, counterproductive atmospheric conditions, equipment abuse, worn out components, and planned obsolescence.
· Utilized and updated the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to reflect additional equipment and maintenance tasks in order to maximize maintenance productivity.
· Wrote standard operating procedures (SOP) for new equipment, equipment functions, calibrations, and equipment safety, contributed to operational manuals, and reviewed blueprints.
